Adriano Pinter

Adriano Pinter is a Senior Researcher Scientist in São Paulo State Public Health Branch, also is a external professor in Public Health Entomology in the Public Health School in University of São Paulo. Since 2001 has been working on tick-borne diseases ecology and epidemiology and vector-borne diseases in general. The main topics of research consists on diseases ecology, propagation and dispersion of diseases on anthropic  landscapes . He holds bachelor degree in veterinary medicine and PhD in Zoonosis Epidemiology. He is currently a Scientific Researcher at the Superintendence for the Control of Endemic Diseases, State Department of Health, SP, Brazil.
